Recipe of the week: Bruschetta

These days we celebrate our Italian week at Drinks&Co. For this reason, we present you the national aperitif of the Italians: Bruschetta. This dish can be prepared quickly and tastes delicious.


250 g bread
300 g Tomatoes
1 garlic clove
2 spoons Extra virgin olive oil

Step 1: We cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them into a bowl. We add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano and a clove of garlic divided in two. Let’s give a good stir, then cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: Now cut the bread into slices one and a half centimetres thick.

Step 3: Once the bread is toasted, use a fork to pierce the garlic clove we have added to the tomatoes and rub it lightly on the hot slices of bread.

Step 4: Finally we put the tomatoes from our bowl on the bread. Simply delicious!
