Do you know the One Pot recipes? These are the recipes that you can prepare with just one pot. Today we cook fried rice with prawns together – quick and simply delicious!
- 450 g medium-sized raw, peeled and skinned shrimps
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 125 g green beans, cut into small pieces
- 4 shallots chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh, peeled and chopped ginger
- 750 g long-grain white rice
- 2 large eggs
- Basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
Heat a wok or a cast-iron frying pan. Add the prawns, 1 tablespoon of oil and a little salt. Cook, stirring occasionally until the prawns are dull (about 2 minutes). Remove the prawns from the pan.
Add the green beans, shallot, garlic, ginger and another tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry them until the beans are soft (approx. 1 minute). Add the rice and a little salt and continue cooking for about 4 minutes.
Slide the rice on one side of the wok and add the eggs on the other side. Stir the eggs for about 1 minute. Mix the eggs and rice and add the prawns, basil, soy sauce and sesame oil. Keep stirring until everything is well mixed and warm. And our One Pot is ready.
