This recipe will help you overcome the hangover thanks to bananas, rich in potassium, and almond milk, with a significant amount of iron. It will allow you to rehydrate and prevent nausea thanks to cinnamon.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice
- Cinnamon to taste
Place all ingredients in a food mixer for 1 minute.
This beverage will help you soothing nausea and leaving behind headache. It will allow you to rehydrate and detoxify at a time.
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup ice
- ½ small cucumber
- 1 apple cut into small cubes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 handful spinach
Add the ingredients in the food mixer and turn on for 1 minute at high speed.
Coconut water present in this recipe has the rehydrating properties and ginger will help soothing your stomach.
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 ginger cube of 1 cm
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 ½ cups frozen berries
- 1 or 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute and serve.
