Guinot Blanquette de Limoux Methode Traditionnelle (Mauzac)
- View: slightly yellowish color.
- Nose: fresh and fruity nose, apples, seductive.
- Mouth: fresh, dried apple and citrus mild and mellow and nice touches.
APPELLATION: Blanquette de Limoux.
GRAPES: 90% Mauzac, 5% Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay 5%
PREPARATION: Mauzac grapes, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc immediately pressed separately. Then, naturally fermented wine vats and become alcoholic white wine. In January, after harvest, mixed with other years and bottled, wines remuage hand and end disgorging also manual.
