TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pale yellow.
- Nose: frank, stone fruit, citrus, white flowers and toasted notes.
- Mouth: fresh, lively and voluminous.
APPELLATION: Bierzo.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located on the Valle del Silencio (León), more than 600 meters, on sandy clay loam-soils with a slightly acidic pH.
GRAPES: Godello.
AGEING: aged for 8 months on lees in the same fermentation containers.
PREPARATION: after manual harvest, and in the hold temperature-controlled fermentation in fudres 2500 liters
PAIRING: Baked whitefish, smoked salmon, sushi rice dishes and stews.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 °C
ALCOHOL: 13.5%

The El Zarzal has a light yellow colour with bright highlights. Catchy aromas of acacia flower. I think it was a little bit salty.
