Beyra Superior 2012

Wine with a intense mineral flavour, with very fresh citrus notes in harmony with discrete notes
from the wood.
The soul of this wine is the unique combination of grape varieties Syria, Cal and rabo de ovelha from very old vines planted in granite soils with quartz veins, in the basin of the River Douro at an average altitude of 700 meters with fermentation partly in new barrels of French oak and "batonnage" for 6 months.
Excellent to accompany fish , cod and cheeses.
