The st beers. Sebastiaan is top-fermented dark, dark reddish color and rich lather but of short duration and light brown with sediment yeast and 6.9% alcohol by volume. its flavor is sweet and slightly fruity, with notes of raisins, caramel and roasted malt. great mouthfeel flavored malt, caramel, slightly bitter, nutty and slightly spicy. easy to drink, good balance and a nice finish.
