TASTING NOTES:

  • Appearance: The Scotch Silly has a creamy foam that is well bonded to the glass. It reflects a dark tan but transparent.
  • Aroma: Yeast provides some spicy aromas of malt and roasted coffee.
  • Body / Taste: A caramel pronounced. Its high alcohol moderates this flavor and provides a striking balance that makes anything sticky beer
