The Reinaert Grand Cru is a brown craft beer brewed by Brewery Proef at Lochchristi in the Belgian Flanders. This beer enjoys the experience of the brewery De Proef, which despite its relative youth compared to Belgian brewing heritage, has established itself as the mother of product qualities with recognized and appreciated in Belgium and elsewhere. The Reinaert Grand Cru has a light brown color to the clear transparency and orange highlights. This dress is covered with an abundant foam cap good persistence in the glass. This cap escapes a fresh and slightly woody fragrance. Of sweet aromas evoking the macerated fruit and esters, with notes of dried fruits and wood fruits and invade the nose. We also feel the smell of yeast and malt, with a brioche sensation that titillates the taste buds. In the mouth, there is a sweet drink and balanced with flavors of dried fruits and berries, cognac. This gives the palate a high note rather amusing red fruits. Slight malty caramel, chocolate and liquorice complement a wide and very fragrant taste palette to brown. The finish is dry and sweet and reveals the 9, 5 ° of this Reinaert Grand Cru.
