Blonde Du Mont Blanc

The Mont Blanc Blonde is a pale ale brewed with Saaz hops and orange peel. Like all the beers of the Brasserie du Mont-Blanc, is crafted from a source of water taken from the same side of Mont Blanc, at 2074m altitude! It develops in the glass a golden yellow dress accompanied by a white foam head of medium size and low persistence. Of all emerge fruity aromas of citrus and yeast, as well as lighter notes of spice. On the palate, fruity flavors of citrus, apple and slightly hoppy notes which accompany flavors evoking yeast. The malts are in this beer from the Brasserie du Mont Blanc and give a slightly caramelized and sweet side to the whole. Low bitterness is perceptible in the late dry mouth.
