- Appearance: It has a striking dark brown color, and a creamy bone-colored foam of medium duration.
- Aroma: Intense aromas of roasted caramel, mixed with notes of red fruits and chocolate.
- Body / Taste: At its entrance you can see the caramel notes mixed with light acid and bitter touches that give it a great balance. Slightly sweet finish, accompanied by raisin notes.
CERVECERÍA: Leffe. This brewery is part of brewer conglomerate AB InBev, who established a commercial agreement with the canons of the Order of the Premonstratensian Canons that are part of the Abbey of Our Lady of Leffe for its production and distribution. Although it was established in the year 1240 in the town of Dinant, in southern Belgium, it is currently made in the Stella Artois brewery located in Leuven.
TYPE OF FERMENTATION: High fermentation. This unique beer is made from water, barley malt, corn, hops, yeast and roasted barley malt, which is responsible for that attractive caramel color.For its production the traditional process of elaboration of the abbeys is combined with the most advanced technology in the production of beer.
