Op & Top Bitter is an English type of beer brewed by the Dutch De Molen. It draws its originality of American hops, including Cascade and lAmarillo. Rather light since grading 4, 50%, this beer has an aromatic profile quite amazing for this style of beer! This Dutch beer adorns dune slightly amber color and the beautiful orange highlights. The whole is topped dune abundant white foam. The nose reveals aromas of fishing, citrus and caramel while the mouth appears fine and light fruity. The finish is dry and relatively bitter wants. You Laurez including this amber beer is at the crossroads between English and bitter India Pale Ale. It turns out it ideal for a sunny day!
