In 1979, the Ch'Ti Blonde 75cl was born with an alcoholic degree of 6,4%. Thanks to this "Bière de Garde", the Brasserie Benifontaine became famous in the Nord Pas-de-Calais region, France. It tells a success-story of the Castelain-family. Through several weeks the beer gains its special and unique and balanced taste characterized by its incredible finesse.
