If he had to keep that among the range Buxton, would it be this one as it reflects both the absolute technical mastery and quality of beers from the brewery. Buxton Tsar This is an Imperial Stout powerful, tasty and complex that should appeal to all lovers of this type of beer. This Imperial Stout is a beer English so the deep black dress. This is accompanied by a delicate foam, brown in color and persistent. On the nose, it is already possible to realize the complexity of this beer: but with the chocolate, coffee but also very light hoppy aromas of citrus. In the mouth it is an explosion of flavors with a perfect balance between grilled notes, citrus and dried fruit. The finish appears both grilled and bitter. A goldsmith beer! The Tsar is already an excellent beer, but what are you thinking when the Tsar Bomba, the fermented beer with yeast dating from 1978!
