Discover More About Our Products

The Brooklyn Lager 355ml by Brooklyn Brewery tells the history of lager beer in the USA. In the late 19th century, Brooklyn was the country's brewing center. And lager beer in the Vienna style was one of the local favorites. This American Amber Lager is based on Canadian 2-row malt and the hop varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, as well as Cascade. Through the so-called "dry-hopping", the Brooklyn Lager 355ml obtains its aromatic qualities. During this century-old method, the beer undergoes a long and cold maturation with fresh hop. The Brooklyn Lager 355ml is a great Amber Lager for every connoisseur and enthusiast.

- Brooklyn Lager, the Brewery's flagship label, is New York's 'hometown' beer, brewed to a pre-prohibition recipe that dates back to the days when Brooklyn was the brewing capital of the East Coast.
- Brooklyn Lager has won numerous awards. Wrote Michael Jackson in the Simon & Schuster Pocket Guide to Beer: "The dry-hopped, fresh, flowery, firm, flavourful, Brooklyn Lager started well in 1988, and has gained in character since." World Classic brew!
- The aroma is malty and sweet. When poured, releasing a nice orangy copper lager with a big white long lasting head and lots of lacing.
- The taste is more like an IPA than a lager which is clean, crisp and refreshing.
