Burgundy Flanders is a beer produced by an ancient and rather unique brewing technique that involves mixing the best lambic (spontaneous fermented beer) with a brown high fermentation beer. The result, after months of maturation in oak barrels, it is a delicious dark beer with low acidity and aroma alternating bitter and sweet notes. It is seen also awarded in 2009, the highest rating by a panel of sommeliers member of the International Taste and Quality Institute on the basis of five criteria: first impression, visual appearance, bouquet, taste and Finally the final mouthfeel.
