Vi tar det till tårtan. Vi prövade den under en måltid i slutet av middagen.
Den intensiva färgen lockade mig. Det luktade av citron och äpple. Mycket tät.

O Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc é amarelo brilhante. Notas de frutas brancas como a maçã. Na boca lembrava couro, baunilha ligeiramente queimada.

I vinbutikker selger den vanligvis ut fort.
Fin og levende farge. Først of gremst sitron, med hint av eple. Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc er oljeaktig i munnen.

I celebrated a special occasion with Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc and my couple.
Dark yellow colour. In my opinion, the Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru du Château Blanc smelled like mango, banana and pear. The texture of this wine from Bouchard Père et Fils was oily.
I would recommend to pair it with gouda cheese.

I tried it on a tasting course.
A beautiful colour. A Bouchard Père et Fils with aromas of acacia flower. The Bouchard Père & Fils Beaune Du Château 1er Cru Blanc 2014 seemed lighter than previous years.
We didn't pair it well, but the wine was good.
