As 'Baby Grange' became famous in its quality but certainly not worse than its big brother, the Penfolds Grange. In the glass of Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet / Shiraz appears in a deep red. Nose is fruity and spicy aromas, on the other hand are on the one hand from the Cabernet, Shiraz from the mix. Enigmatic oak notes are noticeable. On the palate the wine from Penfolds is very full-bodied and expansive. A slight sweetness and a silky finish delight.

My friends from Penfolds Wines brought it to me.
A wine with a high layer and a nice cherry colour. Strong smell of berries. According to my personal opinion, it was quite flat on the palate.

I drank Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet-Shiraz with my partner.
Medium dark colour of ripe cherries. Notes of strawberry on the nose. I enjoyed the slightly bitter surprise in the aftertaste.
Goes with any meat.
