Grant Burge Gb11 Rose 2014

- A traditional blend of Grenache and Shiraz produced using the saignée method, which involves bleeding the juice from the skins after a short period of contact. Twelve different ferments were all selected for this wine with each one showing individual characteristics unique to this style. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures to maintain delicate aromas, and then halted when the desired residual sugar level was reached.

Grant Burge Gb11 Rose Australia Barossa Valley 2011 Rose 75Cl; Uplifting pink colour with equally uplifting aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry fruit characters. Very drinkable and a crowd pleasing rosé with fresh acidity and ripe berry style flavours.
