- View: purple, red tones and very good depth of color.
- Nose: Black Forest cake, cherry, plum, vanilla, chocolate and earthy aromas. of Mourvèdre.
- Mouth: Tannins textured layers of gravel and black chocolate flavors, raspberry and black cherry, a hint of leather finish and a rich chocolate cake.
APPELLATION: Barossa Valley.
GRAPES: Shiraz and Mourvedre.
AGEING: Matured for 16 months in French oak barrels having predominantly between one and six years.
PREPARATION: the different grape varieties are fermented separately, followed by a brief maceration on the skins.
PAIRING: grilled dishes and red meat.
