- Nose: a fine bouquet of ripe red fruits, mint and rhubarb, balsamic and mineral notes and red spices.
- Mouth: broad and structured palate, but very fresh.
VINEYARD: several vineyards located in Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto.
PAIRING: delicate meat dishes as grilled steak, baked tail, baked or stewed dishes like ravioli first, tagliatelle al ragù, truffled food and aged cheeses.

Cherry red colour. Very good aromas of vanilla. It is voluptuos, with body.
The Parusso should be enjoyed after the meal.
