Sandrone The winery was founded in 1978.
It 'was founded by Sandrone family with the goal of producing wines that could translate to bottle the best expression of the nebbiolo grape, grown in the fabulous and unique terroir of the Langhe.
With less than thirty hectares of vineyards, the wine company today Sandrone can be counted without a doubt one of the most important producers of Barolo companies. The company Estata slowly but gradually expanded over the years, both as regards the vineyards that with regard to the local winery. Today currently produces about 90-100mila bottles a year.
E ', however, be remembered as one of the first wineries producing Barolo to have been awarded with the 1990 vintage of Barolo Cannubi Boschis, the 100 points awarded by renowned wine critic Robert Parker.
The Sandrone winery has embraced the theory of sustainability and follows the rules of organic farming.
Thus it proposes wines that are born from the union of professional knowledge and craft traditions, and are the result of careful interaction between nature and winemaking. Bottles, in short, that reflect the history and culture of the area they come from, and that provide timely balance, purity, elegance and harmony.
Ruby red color with light garnet, balsamic aromas, hints of licorice and chocolate accompanied by a pleasant mix of red berries. sweet and enveloping tannins.
Winemaking great importance to the cultivation of the vineyard, strict manual selection of the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery, destemming-crushing, fermentation and maceration.

Cherry blossom colour, nearly opaque. Predominant aromas of toffee and coffee. Liquorice flavour.
To enjoy between meals.
