Description of Borgogno No Name 2016
Borgogno No Name 2016 (Nebbiolo)
Producer: Giacomo Borgogno & Figli
The name Borgogno has always been linked to one of the oldest wine producing houses in Langa and Piemonte. It all began in 1761 when Bartolomeo Borgogno established the cellar. In the years that followed, the stories of the company and our country often intertwined. In 1861, for instance, when the Unity of Italy came about, the Barolo di Borgogno was the wine chosen to accompany the celebration lunch of Italy’s official unity.More about the Winery
Reviews of Borgogno No Name 2016
Borgogno No Name 2014 is powerful, I like it.
Has a strong colour. Great aromas of coffee and wood. Its flavour reminds me of wild berries.
Cherry red colour. Smells like red tea. As I'm not really a fan of red wine, I noticed a plane taste on the palate.
The Borgogno No Name is the ideal wine to pair it with wild boar sausages.
