- View: It has a bright garnet red.
- Nose: Dismiss a deep, rich, complex and lovely scent of damp earth, violets, underbrush, rose water, incense, porcelain, roots, ripe cherries and herbs.
- Mouth: Powerful, strong and structured, but also elegant, vibrant and harmonious. Thick and round tannins, very persistent. It is balanced with bright acidity. On the palate are distinguished florals, spices and snuff, spicy and toasted to the end.
APPELLATION: Barolo (Piedmont, Italy).

GRAPES: Nebbiolo 100%.
AGEING: Four years in oak barrels Slav (4500L), with a further refining in bottles for six months. This is the classic and traditional formula for the old families Barolo to produce this wine.
PREPARATION: A grape harvesting, it is collected manually, choosing the best to start the process of making wine. It begins with spontaneous fermentation of grapes, made by yeasts for about twelve days in concrete tanks, with controlled temperature, followed by maceration submerged cup for thirty days, at a stable temperature. After extraction, the malolactic fermentation, which lasts fifteen days begins. After that, pour in Slavonic oak barrels for aging.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect accompaniment to a good braised red meat, roast beef, grilled lamb, cheese and blue cheese stale.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-20 ° C
