Ca' del Baio Barbaresco Autinbej 2016 (Nebbiolo)
- View: garnet red.
- Nose: intense, spicy and balsamic fruity aromas.
- Mouth: a nice juiciness, but also harmony and structure.
AGEING: Aged for 30 months in large Slovenian oak barrels. Then aged in the bottle for another 6 months before being marketed.
PREPARATION: hand-picked grapes in October, destemmed and then pressed lightly. Fermentation carried out on a stainless steel tank with controlled temperature and for 15 days.
PAIRING: beef, red meat and mature cheese.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
