TASTING NOTES BY PAUL HERPE CAPBEART BANYULS:
- Vista: beautiful color red, gold and ocher reflections
- Nose: intense nose of ripe fruit, dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla
- Mouth: breadth infinite palate, cocoa, chocolate, cherries, kirsch, caffe 'toasted

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: AOC Banyuls
VINEYARD: Paul Herpe
GRAPES: Grenache Noir

AGING: 3 years of aging in demi-muids oak (barrels of 600 l.)
PREPARATION: by hand into crates with selection in the vineyard yield very low classical mutage (blockage of alcoholic fermentation) containing alcohol.
