TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: Aromas of prune, dried fruit and gingerbread aromas.
- Mouth: The balance between the sugar and alcohol - generally dry - offers good length with coffee and walnut notes in the finish.

PREPARATION: Manual harvest followed by long, slow maceration before the fortifying alcohol is added. The wine is bottled soon after harvest, usually within the year.
