- Nose: On the nose, São Domingos Brut 2014 is dominated by mineral and floral notes, aromas of gooseberry and dried fruit.
- Mouth: This is a perfect example of an elegant sparkling wine, with soft, creamy palate. A medium-intensity flavour concentration is present, with notes of toast, biscuits and dried fruit. The finish is medium-long, delicate and smooth. This wine is ready for consumption now and should be consumed within the next two years.

GRAPES: 100 % Baga
AGEING: This sparkling wine has gone through 2 months of bottle ageing before being released on the market.
PREPARATION: Grapes are harvested manually. The base wine is made without ageing and bottled along with liqueur de tirage. The wine is aged on the yeast, in cellars, for a period of 24 months at a constant temperature of 12°C. After 2 months of riddling, disgorgement is done, to release the yeast. A small amount of liqueur d' expedition is added, and the wine is bottled.
PAIRING: It pairs perfectly with seafood such as oysters, smoked salmon or fish tacos.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8°C
