El Cadastro 2015 (Tempranillo and Garnacha)
- View: cherry, garnet rim.
- Nose: red fruits, ripe fruits.
- Mouth: tasty, well-integrated tannins.
VINES: ground silica gravel and pebbles and edges.
GRAPES: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Grenache.
AGEING: after pressing, aged in oak barrels French only for 19 months. Using 20% new oak. Bottled wine after a slight filtering.
PREPARATION: prepared by methods of organic farming. vinification and aging of each vineyard separate fermentations small deposits of 1000 to 1500 liters.
WINE PAIRING: Roasted red meat.
TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%

Red with violet nuances. A tender berry smell. It has a slight smoky flavour and it is very light, as well.
