TASTING NOTES OF Txakoli Astobiza 2015:

  • View: Straw yellow, green tones.
  • Nose: intense and personal varietal aromas, with notes of white fruit (pear and apple), citrus fruits (grapefruit) and (peach).
  • Mouth: fresh on the palate, tasty, balanced, long and persistent aromatic finish with elegant bitter note of varietal character and mineral notes from soil cultivation.

It had a bright yellow colour. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. A wine with presence.
A wine of Señorio de Astobiza that was at the height of tortellini with prosciutto.
A Arabako Txakolina is better to be discovered alone.
