AGING: 3 years in oak barrels; 6 months in bottle.

PREPARATION: Grapes collected in small boxes and carefully selected; withering for 3-4 months in special ventilated rooms; pressing; 30 days fermentation in steel at controlled temperature; malolactic fermentation in cement.

This wine was good for the dinner. This 2015 was the recommended by a friends of us.
Twinkling cherry colour. Good oak smell. It wasn't too sweet, it liked me.

Intense red Bordeaux. Smells a lot of oak.It is a Corvina with a harmonious flavours.
