The history of Masi is the history of a family and its vineyards in the Venetian regions. The name comes from "Vaio dei Masi", the small valley in Valpolicella acquired by the Boscaini family.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: ruby red opaque.
- Nose: cruelas and baked cherries with notes of roasted coffee.
- Mouth: stately and elegant, cherries preserved in spirit and bitter cocoa. attractive, long finish.
APPELLATION: Amarone della Valpolicella.
GRAPES: Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella and Oseleta.
AGEING: aged at least 36 months in Slovenian oak barrels and barrels of Allier.
PREPARATION: grapes dried on bamboo beds during the winter to obtain a high concentration of sugar.
PAIRING: hard cheeses and red meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C

- Palate: Majestic and elegant, cherries preserved in spirit, and bitter cocoa. Attractively long finish.
