Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Costasera the Masi winery, founded in vineyards overlooking the lake Garda, in the Valpolicella Classica area. It is produced from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, all collected and manually selected. This Amarone is, for the Masi winery, the landmark of this category of wine, which together with Barolo and Brunello symbolizes the aristocracy of Italian red. The Costasera is the result of Masi in the withering technique. The grapes, once harvested, resting on bamboo racks in the winter thus concentrating the aromas. Amarone Classico Costasera is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of stewed fruit, plum and cherry.
