VERKOSTUNG:

  • Farbe: italienische Rotwein von intensiver rubinroter Farbe.
  • Nase: rote Früchte mit Aromen von Kirschen und mischt mit gekochtem Pfeffer.
  • Mund: sind Noten von Kirschen Marmelade, Gewürze, Vanille und Feigen mit weichen Tanninen. Auch ist es ein komplexes Rotwein und sehr gut mit einem Hauch von getrockneten Trauben reif ausgeglichen.

URSPRUNGSBEZEICHNUNG: Valpolicella Classico.

WEINBERG: Weingut Masi Agricola.

REBSORTE(N): Corvina, Rondinella und Corvinone.

AUSBAU: ein Teil des Produkts ist für 24 Monate im Fass und die anderen Teil bleibt im Stahlbehälter im Alter.

HERSTELLUNG: Erstens ist die Ernte dunkel zwischen September bis Oktober eines jeden Jahres. Auswahl Trauben vor allem in den Hügeln und Ebenen, sorgfältig von Hand gepflückt und in Kisten bis Februar in einem Raum mit kontrollierten Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit gelegt. Zweitens werden die Trauben gepresst und schonend gepresst. Die Gärung erfolgt bei kontrollierten Temperatur für ca. 3 Wochen in Kontakt mit den Schalen. Tägliche Pump- und Verarbeitungsprozess der Trester zu begrenzen.

PASST ZU: ausgezeichnet für Fleisch, Pasta und Käse begleitet.

  • Visão: vinho tinto italiano de intensa cor rubi.
  • Olfato: Frutas vermelhas com aromas de cerejas e misture com pimenta cozido.

ENVELHECIMENTO: a parte do produto é envelhecido por 24 meses em barril e os outros estadias parte do recipiente de aço.

PREPARAÇÃO: Em primeiro lugar, a colheita é escura entre setembro-outubro de cada ano. Selecção particular uvas nas colinas e planícies, cuidadosamente colhido manualmente e colocada em caixas até Fevereiro numa sala com temperatura e humidade controlada. Em segundo lugar, as uvas são prensadas e apertou suavemente. A fermentação realiza-se sob condições de temperatura controlada durante cerca de 3 semanas, em contacto com as peles. bombeamento diário e processo de processamento para limitar o bagaço.

VINHO EMPARELHAMENTO: excelente para acompanhar carnes, massas e queijos.

I like it with the meat we ate. It was served at a wedding.
Deep colour at first sight. Smell of coffee or wood. This Valpolicella stands out for its warm and balanced character.

I went with work colleagues to Masi Agricola and we taste it there.
Pretty cherry colour, medium opacity. If you are a fan of red fruit compote, then this wine is perfect for you. I would say it was a Amarone della Valpolicella with good body.
For the meal we had, this wasn't the proper wine.
