APPELLATION: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico.
GRAPES: 45% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 30% Corvinona.
AGEING: at the least 18 months in barrels and barrels of French and Slavonic oak, and finally 6-8 months of aging in bottle before the leaves came to the market.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in boxes of 5.5 kg, selecting the best and most loose clusters from mid-September to the first week of October.
