Bolla Amarone Della Valpolicella 2014

I drank with work colleagues.
Its intense colour attracted me. Especially noticeable smoky aromas in this Bolla. It would have been better if it had been cooler than it was. Our fault.
Should absolutely be paired with fish.

I opened this wine with my best friend.
Deep red cherry colour. Concentrated aroma of red fruit jam. This Bolla Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico is a wine with good acidity.
We paired the Bolla Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico with a starter.

I recommend to pair it with "Pinchos" or "Tapas". I went with work colleagues to Bolla and we taste it there.
Deep Burgundy colour. This red wine has a chestnut background. Cool and pleasant.

We had it while we waited for the meal, with appetizers. I can't imagine drinking this Bolla Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico 2012 solo.
Intense red Bordeaux. Toasted and smoky aromas. It is the softest wine of Veneto.
