The red Pinot Noir wine from the house wine Tramin is obtained using only the delicious Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards are located on hills in Neumarkt areas, Mazon and Montagna, in the heart of South Tyrol, at an altitude between 300 and 450 meters, on calcareous and clayey soils. This feature, together with the continuous exposure to the sun of the screws, ensures the production of excellent grapes. The winery has a long tradition, combining experience and innovation to get absolutely unique wines. The Pinot Noir production process involves a harvest that begins in late autumn when the grapes are ripe and then move on to the fermentation at a controlled temperature. After you place your aging in French oak barrels and to a limited extent in stainless steel tanks. The result is a firm and full-bodied red wine, fresh and fragrant, with a good length and light aromatic and spicy veins. Bottle to be uncorked at any occasion
