Technical sheet · St. Michael Eppan Pinot Grigio Alto Adige
“The Pinot Grigio San Michele Appiano is a still white wine of medium body, elegant and refined. Obtained from grapes carefully hand-selected and cultivated in 400 hectares of the famous cooperative owned land on the outskirts of Bolzano, this wine is subjected to an aging, partly in steel and partly in wooden barrels. It is part of the line selection of wines produced by the winery San Michele Appiano and is one of the excellence of the territory, of which tells flavors and fragrances. The climate to which they are exposed vineyards gives the Pinot Grigio a good structure and a good balance, along with a pleasant acidity and delicate finish. An elegant wine, ideal to accompany fish dishes or to be served as an aperitif. The winery San Michele Appiano is one of the oldest wineries of Alto Adige. Founded in 1907 thanks to the passion of a few winemakers, today is a reference for the whole world of wine. A task pace with technological innovations, but always respecting the traditions, with the sole aim of producing high quality wines, just as the Pinot Grigio, which uniquely reflects its terroir.”
