“This Sauvignon is born in the vineyards in Caldaro Kellerei Kaltern-in the magnificent and prestigious surroundings of South Tyrol. Obtained exclusively from Sauvignon grapes, harvested in the first week of September, the juice of this wine is left to ferment at controlled temperatures. This process follows the maturation phase steel, turning on the lees for five months. The wine is then filtered and then bottled. The Sauvignon Kaltern is characterized by a pale yellow color. The nose hit her very fresh notes of elderflower and gooseberries, which blend well with the classic tropical fruit sensations. In the mouth stands a large mineral vein, attenuated by an exhilarating fruity accompanying to a final fine persistence. Perfect with dishes of grilled vegetables and goat cheese, is proving an excellent shoulder for maritime dishes not too elaborate.”
“Fantastic colour. Over all, the Kaltern Sauvignon South Tyrol reminded me of white flowers. It was light but tasted like blackberries.
It had never occurred to me drinking a Kaltern Sauvignon South Tyrol with sushi, but after having tried it, I have to admit that it was great.
I had it with my friends at home.”
