Girlan Alto Adige Pinot Nero Trattmann Mazon Riserva 2017 (Pinot Nero)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Its color is bright red garnet with ruby touches.
- Nose: Its smell is intense fruit flavors like cherry and marasca.
- Mouth: The taste is persistent because fruit tannins leaving behind a delicate wine. It is dry, soft and acid end.
APPELLATION: Trentino (Alto Adige, Italy).
VINEYARD: Girlan.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGEING: Fermentation is made for 12 months in large and small oak barrels.
PREPARATION: it is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 20 to 24 days and is performed manually in small containers for transportation.

In 1923, 23 South Tyrolean vintners joined in the Wine cellar Girlan and chose a historic farmer's house from the 16th century as their headquarters. Today the union counts roundabout 200 members with a total of 220 hectares cultivation area in the region's very best terroirs.
