Elena Walch Pinot Bianco 2017

The grapes are pressed in a soft way and the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine then matures for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers. The brilliant hues of pale yellow Pinot Blanc reveals a delicate bouquet, ranging from fruity notes of apple with a delicate hint of herbs. On the palate affect its elegant fullness, minerality and lively acidity that leads to persistent freshness.

The Pinot Bianco of Elena Walch makes friends.
It had an intense colour. Clear memories of white flowers. Delicious, tasty, liked it.
I enjoyed it without pairing.

My friends brought me this Alto Adige.
A beautiful colour. In my opinion, the Elena Walch Pinot Bianco smelled like mango, banana and pear. A little bit salty but it was very good.

The Pinot Blanc from Elena Walch is born in the heart of Termeno on the Wine Route, a small town in South Tyrol. It is produced with Pinot Blanc grapes in purity, pressed in a soft and whose must undergoes static clarification and that enhances the flavors of the wine. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18º and refines for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers. This Pinot Bianco is bright straw yellow hues and reveals a delicate bouquet, ranging from fruity with delicate apple and pleasant shades of herbs. In the mouth affects its elegant fullness, and the lively minerality and balanced acidity, which results in a persistent freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with delicate pasta dishes and main dishes of fish and vegetables.

Straw yellow with green hues, fresh smell with fruity aromas of ripe apples and light Nusstoenen, vigorously, fresh and elegant with a coarse finish. Goes well with: fish and poultry.
