Elena Walch

Castel Ringberg brings the precious additional mention VIGNA, an element of great importance in Italian wine culture. A vineyard is a further additional geographical mention referring to a designation of origin. Equipped with a historical name or a toponym, each vineyard must be strictly bounded, authorized and registered in a special register with the provincial administration - ensuring that for years the grapes of this vineyard are rigorously vinified separately. It is therefore a strong guarantee of provenance. The two vineyards of Elena Walch are the historical vineyards of Kastelaz and Castel Ringberg: Both known for their position and terrain, and for years vinified and marketed under the specific name.
More about the WineryReviews of Elena Walch Pinot Bianco 2017
A beautiful colour. In my opinion, the Elena Walch Pinot Bianco smelled like mango, banana and pear. A little bit salty but it was very good.
It had an intense colour. Clear memories of white flowers. Delicious, tasty, liked it.
I enjoyed it without pairing.
