- View: Straw yellow with greenish reflections and amber.
- Nose: soft and sweet aromas, with notes of white fruit, apricot, mint, citrus, mandarin, orange zest, passion fruit, mango, minerals, elderflower and nettle.
- Mouth: Soft and fruity notes on the palate, plus a final taste velvety mint, mandarin oranges, apricots and mango.
APPELLATION: Alto Adige (Trentino-Alto-Adige, Italy).
VINEYARD: Cantina Terlan.
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.
AGEING: Madura on lees for 5-7 months on its lees, part in stainless steel tanks and the other in large wooden barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested and selected manually in a pressing whole grapes, followed by a natural clarification of the must by decantation. Then the juice is slowly and at controlled temperature fermented in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: Roasted white meat, appetizers, fine cheeses, asparagus, radishes, vegetarian dishes, fish, risotto with seafood and vegetables.
