TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow with green tints.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus fruits and golden pulp; apples, golden plums, apricots. With herbal and mineral touches.
- Mouth: Soft and elegant flavor with an aromatic aftertaste on the palate. It presents a balanced acidity and a salty aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Trentino-Alto Adige.
VINEYARD: Alois Lageder.
GRAPES: Moscato Giallo.
AGEING: This wine is allowed to rest on its lees for 5 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are gently pressed and macerated at cold temperatures, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeasts and controlled temperatures. The wine is allowed to rest 5 months on its lees before stabilizing, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, fresh salads, white meats, seafood, lobster, lamb, pork chops, sausages, mature cheeses, fresh cheeses, pastas, risottos, carpaccio, desserts, fruit and cream desserts.
