"Pure pleasure" wine! From the first maturity, it is dry, well-balanced, elastic and thirst-quenching. The Pinot Bianco excels in a friendly approach to Alsatian wines: as an aperitif, during banquets, receptions or light meals.

The Trimbach Pinot Blanc weblog rises from the vineyards around Ribeauvillé, immersed in the beautiful Alsatian climate that benefits from the protection offered to winds and rain by the Vosges Mountains. In particular, they extend the border of the mountain range and the Black Forest, on a terroir consists of a limestone base and layers of biodegraded fossil shells that are called "Muschelkalk". Subsequently to the conferment of the grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks and cement, and then remains for 2 years in the cellar to find the correct balance between fruit and freshness. The aspect is introduced with a straw yellow color with greenish veins. The nose offers an enveloping blend of white flowers and apricot. A pleasant wine, dry and balanced, has a round and refreshing drink. Excellent as an aperitif for official or formal occasions, it is great with meats and appetizers, as well as delicious seafood.

- Pinot Blanc is a versatile wine, suitable for any occasion. It is delicious on its own, as an aperitif, or with a light meal. Ideal for banquets and similar occasions.
- In Alsace, there are two different grape varities to produce Pinot Blanc. Auxerrois is very juicy and always ripe. It brings fruitiness and volume to the wine. Pinot Blanc, drier and more acidic, brings freshness and backbone to the blend.
