Trimbach Pinot Blanc 2013 (Pinot Blanc)
TASTING NOTES OF Trimbach Pinot Blanc 2013:
- View: pale, light yellow.
- Nose: subtle hints of mushroom and white fruit. Also, subtle floral notes.
- Mouth: a good nervousness, rather light a mouth, a slightly sharp finish.
APPELLATION: Alsace.
VINEYARD: Trimbach
GRAPES: Pinot Auxerrois and Pinot blanc 80% to 20%.
PAIRING: fish like flounder, shrimp and mushrooms.
TEMPERATURE: 8-9 ºC
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%

More about the Winery
- In Alsace, there are two different grape varities to produce Pinot Blanc. Auxerrois is very juicy and always ripe. It brings fruitiness and volume to the wine. Pinot Blanc, drier and more acidic, brings freshness and backbone to the blend.
