Trimbach Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile 2011 (Riesling)

- Nose: aromas of citrus, smoked black tea, white peach, chalk and spices.
- Mouth: full, intense and precise, mineral notes, lentils, almond, peach, almond oil, invigorating, surprising, delicious in the end.
APPELLATION: Alsace Riesling.
VINEYARD: Terroir: Marno-calcaro-sandstone and limestone soils local shell.
PREPARATION: traditional and careful viticulture, manual harvest.
PAIRING: noble fish (sea bass, sole), white meats like chicken, beef, goose, typical Alsatian dishes, sushi and sashimi, refined and elegant cuisine.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%

Trimbach typical opaque colour. Notes of white fruits such as apples. Fun acidity.
