- Nose: The nose is marked, pleasant and intense. Sophisticated, we perceive an aroma candied fruit dominant: lime, yuzu zest and white flowers. Ventilation enhances these aromas and reveals an exotic personality: white peach, papaya and underlying mineral fine touch. Healthy and mature raw material gives it a sophisticated and accurate profile with a pleasant freshness and exotic aromas of the terroir early.
