Famille Hugel Hugel Classic Pinot Noir 2014 (Pinot Noir)
- View: fresh and attractive ruby red light.
- Nose: wild raspberry, red cherry and ripe morello, very bright but barely translucent, bouquet open and easily accessible, pleasant young aromas of fresh and soft fruits, blueberry, morello, raspberry, trees and leaf snuff Virginia, smooth and harmonious .
- Mouth: balanced, elegant, easy to drink, with enough tannin structure, full mouth flavor and a pleasantly refreshing aftertaste.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir 100%.
AGEING: after malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in tanks until it is bottled in early summer of the following year.
PREPARATION: grapes are carried in small tubs to the winery, de-stemmed and macerated to 100% for 6 to 7 days.
WINE PAIRING: with PICNIC, sausage, ham, grilled meat, fish also smoked, grilled or poached, and white meat.
