The Trimbach Pinot Gris Réserve combines powerful fruitiness and lush spiciness. On the palate the wine is full and there is plenty of tropical fruits available.

One of the noblest of the Alsace grapes, Pinot Gris produces a full, heady, rich and lush wine in Trimbach's hands It is technically dry, but the style is so fruity and full, with such a long palate that the illusion of sweetness is maintained Watch out too for a smokiness on the finish Its great depth is balanced by a crisp acidity that gives structure and longevity

Good colour. Notes of white fruits such as apples. Stays a short time in the mouth.
A 2009 goes fine with snacks.
