Laya 2019 (Garnacha and Monastrell)
- View: cherry red covered.
- Nose: elegant, fresh and complex. Ripe fruits and floral notes are appreciated.
- Mouth: nice and fresh at the entrance. Balanced and with sweet tannins although youthful, unctuous and enveloping.
NAME OF ORIGIN: Almansa
VINEYARD: Atalaya Wineries. Vineyards in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1,000 meters of altitude, planted in sandy soils with a high limestone concentration at its base. The area is continental, with rainfall that is below 350 milliliters per year.
GRAPES: Garnacha (70%), Monastrell (30%)
AGING: 4 months in French oak barrels.
ELABORATION: The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in deposit.
WINE PAIRING: Starters, Cheeses, Vegetable dishes, legumes and vegetables, Meat, Pasta, Regional cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine
